Accounts & Finance Manager
We are looking for an experienced Account Head / Accounts & Finance Manager with 5–7 years of experience to manage overall accounting and finance operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounts finalization, GST, TDS, audits, MIS & management reporting, banking and working capital, project/EPC accounting, WIP, project costing, inventory reconciliation, ERP and advanced Excel. Experience in Solar EPC, Manufacturing, Trading, or Infrastructure industries will be preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage overall accounting & finance operations.
- Handle Accounts Finalization, GST, TDS & Audit.
- Prepare MIS & Management Reports.
- Manage Banking, CC, BG, LC, Loans & Working Capital.
- Manage ERP, Advanced Excel & Financial controls.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Audit
- Experience in Accounts Finalization & MIS
- Knowledge of Banking & Working Capital
- Independent decision-making
- Solar EPC / Manufacturing experience
- CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification
- Experience in Project Costing & WIP
- Experience with Odoo/ERP systems
