Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Head role based in Surat. The Account Head will oversee the accounting function, manage financial records, and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include supervising daily accounting operations, monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors and banks. The role also involves leading the accounts team, implementing financial controls, supporting compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and providing analytical insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Financial Statements skills, with the ability to manage budgets, reporting, and compliance.
- Proficient in Account Management, including oversight of ledgers, payables/receivables, and reconciliation activities.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Effective Team Management capabilities, including mentoring, workload planning, and performance oversight.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, CA/ICWA preferred).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems, along with strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Indian tax regulations, GST, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment.
