
BAS (Building Automation Systems) Project Administrator
Coordinate construction project workflows and maintain organized project records
Support scheduling, procurement tracking, and delivery coordination
Manage submittals, RFIs, and communication through Procore, Click Up, and Company Cam
Ensure project documents are compliant, complete, and audit-ready
Communicate directly with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Coordinate with municipalities to submit plans and tracking inspections
Track project timelines and budget progress; escalate issues early
Qualifications:
Experience in construction project coordination or project admin role
Familiarity with TRAX or similar platforms
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Knowledge of commercial construction phases and documentation standards
Professional communication skills with subcontractors, owners, and internal stakeholders
Ability to participate in occasional field visits and jobsite logistics support
