We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager – Solar Project Sales to drive project sales and business development across southern India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Solar Project Sales for C&I Open Access Turnkey Projects, Rooftop EPC and Industrial BTM Projects.
  • Develop new customers and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to techno-commercial closure and order booking.
  • Build strong relationships with industrial & commercial customers, CXOs, promoters, consultants and channel partners.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for Solar + BESS / BESS solutions.
  • Drive regional sales targets, project pipeline and business growth.


Desired Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in Solar Project Sales / C&I Business Development.
  • Proven experience in Open Access, Rooftop EPC and BTM Solar Projects.
  • BESS sales experience preferred.
  • Strong customer network across south India, particularly Coimbatore
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and project-sales skills.
