The Role
The Role
- Project planning, calculation, and design of heating, ventilation, sanitary, and refrigeration systems (HVAC) according to HOAI service phases 1-9
- Energetic evaluation of buildings and technical systems
- Coordination of specialist planners (e.g., for technical gases, steam systems, sound insulation)
- Preparation of building permits, acceptance, and documentation of executed services
- Monitoring of legal regulations, standards, and occupational safety
- Close collaboration with related departments and competent contact person for customers on-site
- Degree in Building Services Engineering (Versorgungstechnik), Technical Building Equipment (TGA), or qualification as a Technician/Master in HVAC, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in building services / TGA planning is desirable
- Proficient in CAD systems, MS Office, HOAI, VOB, and relevant VDE standards
- Strong business acumen, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Class B driver's license is an advantage
