Your new role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will lead the development of utility-scale renewable energy, battery storage and data centre projects from early-stage origination through to investment ready status. You will play a key role in shaping development strategy, managing stakeholders and securing project milestones while building the foundations of a future development team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Significant experience in renewable energy, or data centre project development
  
• Demonstrated success delivering complex renewable energy development projects through critical approval and development phases
  
• Strong understanding of planning, environmental and stakeholder management processes for renewable energy projects
  
• Commercial acumen and the ability to assess project viability and risk
  
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  
• A strategic mindset with aspirations to progress into senior leadership
  
• Experience managing or mentoring development professionals will be highly regarded
