Your new role
You will take ownership of financial due diligence, project controlling, management reporting, and financial analysis, while helping shape efficient finance processes and supporting transaction activity as the platform continues to grow.
- Act as the Finance business partner to country leadership and project teams, providing commercial and financial insights
- Deliver monthly management and project reporting in collaboration with the FP&A function
- Support business planning through financial modelling, forecasting, and KPI management
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against plan
- Oversee project‑level financial operations, including liquidity, capital management, and compliance with financing terms
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and FX exposure in coordination with treasury
- Lead and support financial due diligence for acquisitions, divestments, and transactions
- Prepare high‑quality analytical and commercial outputs for stakeholders and advisors
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve finance processes, systems, and stakeholder experience
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; ACCA / CA / CPA qualification required
- Minimum 8 years' experience in finance, with strong exposure to:
- Financial due diligence / transactions
- Business partnering
- Management reporting and project controlling
- Background in global accounting firms, infrastructure, energy, or project‑based environments preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link financial outcomes to business drivers
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data‑driven analysis tools
- Solid understanding of IFRS, accounting, and tax concepts
- Proven ability to work independently, manage complexity, and influence stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior management and advisors
