Position Summary
The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for overseeing the coordination, supervision, and successful completion of client meetings and events; implement, oversee, and maintain data-driven processes; and manage/support other ad hoc projects that strengthen internal and external client relationships. With excellent communication and customer service skills, the individual will play a pivotal role in creating organized processes to support and strengthen the Company and client relationships. Salary Range :Expected salary range of $60,000 - $72,500, based on experience and location. Responsibilities
External Client Engagement and Management
Lead the scheduling, coordination and organization of, as well as support the preparation for, client/project meetings and events across multiple lines of business, each instance of which will involve multiple internal and external stakeholders Maintain data for legal and/or compliance requirements for meetings, including board meeting requirements, quorums, etc., and associated meeting records Support both client onboarding and client handoff process during project closing to ensure smooth transition between the applicable internal stakeholdersDesign and maintain metric-based processes and lead ad hoc projects that provide insights into client relationships (surveys, etc.)Work with investment and portfolio teams to stay abreast of current client relationships Act as the point of contact for all events/meetings for client-related activitiesInternal Client Support
Manage HASI-branded collateral ("swag") planning, sourcing, ordering, distribution, and inventory Support HASI-branded sponsorship event processMaintain list of current corporate publication subscriptions and facilitate access for appropriate employeesSupport internal communications Ad-hoc Support

Education and Prior work Experience
Bachelors degree requiredAt least three years of administrative experience in a professional office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required; Salesforce experience preferred
