Technical Services Coordinator

Position Summary: The TS Coordinator will provide support to the Technical Services team by assisting in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Scope of Works (SOWs), and supporting our internal ticketing process. This role will collaborate closely with the Technical Services manager, Business Operations team, and field technicians to assist in streamlining processes and maintaining accurate documentation. This position may require occasional travel and would be ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a technical environment, and is motivated to improve team efficiency and operational standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for Technical Service Team members.
- Maintain organized documentation and records for projects and compliance
- Deliver training to Field Service team members on internal processes and best practices.
- Schedule employees for special training courses (substation, inverter, tracker, etc.)
- Ensure vehicle registration requirements are up to date.
- Manage and track the maintenance and repair of the vehicle fleet.
- Verify vehicle users complete monthly inspections of their assigned vehicles.
- Coordinate ordering and verify delivery of tools and parts for Field Service team.
- Maintain uniform inventory and distribute as needed to employees.
- Ensure a healthy inventory PPE.
- Provide daily and as-needed Work Order updates to teams
- Other duties assigned
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Required:
- BS/BA or AA degree preferred or relative work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (ie Outlook, Excel).
- Highly organized with 1-3 years of record keeping experience.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies as necessary
- Prior experience in job costing, a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines
- Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating.
- Punctual and Accountable
- Preferred:
- Smartsheet program experience.
- Vehicle management experience.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated at a desk) for extended periods of time.
- Frequent operation of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through video conferencing.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze information on screens and in printed materials.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, bend, or lift office materials and supplies up to 25 pounds.
- Visual and auditory acuity necessary to perform job functions in a typical office environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional office setting with regular use of standard office equipment.
