Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for inspecting and cleaning air duct systems, maintaining equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and documenting completed work. Day-to-day tasks involve traveling to client sites, performing system assessments, and recommending solutions to improve ventilation hygiene. The Technician will also interact with clients to provide excellent service and support.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in equipment maintenance, system assessment, and troubleshooting
• Experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC systems, or a related field is an advantage
• Attention to detail, organization, and adherence to safety procedures
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Certification in HVAC or ventilation cleaning (preferred)
• Certification in safety standards (e.g. VCA) is an advantage
• Certification as reachtruck operator is an advantage
