Solar Installer / Electrician

Full-Time | Residential Solar | Utah

We’re a growing residential solar company looking for a dependable Solar Installer to join our installation team. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy working outdoors, and want steady, long-term employment in a fast-growing industry, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

• Install residential solar PV systems (roof-mount and ground-mount)
• Set racking, panels, inverters, and related equipment
• Perform conduit runs and basic electrical work (as applicable)
• Work safely on roofs and ladders
• Follow installation plans, electrical diagrams, and safety standards
• Coordinate with crew leads, electricians, and project managers
• Maintain clean, professional job sites

What We’re Looking For

• Solar installation experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Electrical experience a plus (Journeyman/Electrician license a bonus)
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 or willingness to obtain

Pay

• $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and licensing
