We are seeking an Energy Efficiency Specialist to perform on-site residential energy assessments and help customers reduce energy usage while enhancing their overall experience. This is a customer-facing, technical role that combines energy auditing, education, consultative sales, and relationship management in support of our client.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-home energy analyses, inspections, and equipment troubleshooting (HVAC, ductwork, insulation, appliances, windows, roofing).
  • Educate and motivate customers to implement cost‐effective energy efficiency measures.
  • Promote applicable energy efficiency programs and meet program performance targets.
  • Serve as the customer's primary point of contact, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Attend community events, trade shows, and HOA presentations as a company ambassador.
  • Support storm restoration and special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Energy Management a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive up to 100 miles/day
  • Field-based role in customers' homes with the ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Must pass respirator clearance and wear PPE
  • Must live within 30 minutes of Sebring, FL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Energy Auditor Certification
  • Customer service or consultative sales experience
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency practices
