Project Manager - Plant Integration Lead

The Plant Integration Team Site Lead is responsible for overseeing all integration activities to ensure operational readiness for new solar and battery storage plant construction projects. This role serves as the primary liaison between construction, commissioning, and operations teams to facilitate the seamless transition of new assets to commercial operation. The PIT Site Lead collaborates with project stakeholders including PMC, EPC, RRE, EHS, Supply, and other departments to ensure all readiness goals are met.

Hybrid Schedule: 4 10-hour days Monday – Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent operations throughout project design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure operational readiness and facilitate turnover to the receiving operating entity.
• Participate in site visits, quality walkdowns, and inspections.
• Support onboarding, staffing plans, and operator training.
• Coordinate spare parts planning, equipment labeling, documentation, and procedures.
• Track and report integration activities, timelines, and budget status.
• Manage PIT protocols and maintain alignment with project schedules.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management
• 3–5 years of experience in plant operations, project or outage management
• Experience with solar/storage operations and maintenance
• Prior experience as a Plant Integration Site Lead
• Proficiency in project scheduling, cost control, risk management, and construction oversight
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
