Chief Technology Officer — CTO

⚙️ Turn commercial solar opportunities into sound engineering decisions.

We are seeking a technical leader to guide the assessment, design and delivery of commercial and industrial PV systems. You will help teams make clear decisions about performance, equipment, installation constraints and long-term operation.

Your technical priorities

  • Lead feasibility reviews, system sizing and energy-yield assessments.
  • Review module, inverter and mounting-system selection against site requirements.
  • Coordinate structural, electrical and grid-connection inputs with qualified specialists.
  • Establish design-review procedures and resolve technical issues across projects.
  • Define commissioning requirements, acceptance criteria and performance monitoring.
  • Develop engineers and maintain clear, usable technical documentation.

? Engineering judgement comes first.

Substantial solar PV or electrical engineering experience is important, including responsibility for design review or technical teams. Familiarity with Romanian grid-connection practices and relationships with local consultants, qualified contractors and equipment suppliers would be valuable.

You should be able to explain technical trade-offs clearly to both engineers and commercial colleagues, with effective English communication and the ability to coordinate with Romanian-speaking partners.
