Position Overview

We are hiring for the following key Director and Manager-level positions, who will play a critical role in shaping our market entry, defining local strategy, and building high-performing teams from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, work closely with regional and global leadership, and have real ownership over strategy, execution, and long-term impact. You will not be stepping into a fully formed organization - you will be creating it.

1. Operations Director

Lead the overall operations strategy and execution, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality mobility services. This role oversees depot operations, driver ecosystem performance, and daily operational KPIs while working closely with cross-functional teams to scale the business.

2. Head of Legal

Lead the company's legal strategy and ensure compliance across all business operations in Europe. This role oversees corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, employment matters, dispute resolution, and legal risk management while providing strategic legal advice to support the company's rapid business expansion.

3. Head of Driver Recruitment (Mass Recruitment)

Develop and execute the driver supply strategy to ensure stable and scalable driver availability across markets. The role focuses on driver recruitment, supply growth programs, and optimizing driver onboarding and retention.

4. Recruitment Team Lead (Office Recruitment)

Lead the company's talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning to support rapid business expansion across Europe. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, talent sourcing, and hiring operations, ensuring the organization attracts and hires high-quality talent at scale while building efficient, data-driven recruitment processes.

5. Head of Vehicle Management

Oversee fleet lifecycle management, maintenance operations, and repair quality to ensure vehicle safety and availability. The role focuses on optimizing fleet performance, cost efficiency, and operational reliability.

6. Brand Director

Lead brand operations including fleet readiness, charging infrastructure, and vehicle dispatch. This role ensures efficient depot performance and supports daily service operations.
