National Solutions Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized National Solutions Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our national operations by managing service and purchase orders, ensuring accurate contract setup, and maintaining up-to-date customer information. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and financial processing skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Service Orders and Purchase Orders accurately and in a timely manner within the ERP system.
- Receive Purchase Orders for Accounts Payable (A/P) processing to ensure prompt vendor payments.
- Prepare and issue Customer Invoices based on completed services and contracts in the ERP system.
- Review, input, and maintain contract details in the company system, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to record and implement any changes to active contracts.
- Maintain and monitor the contract renewal list, ensuring all renewals and updates are processed before expiration.
- Provide administrative support to the National Solutions team as needed to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination, billing, or contract management (preferred in a service or operations-based environment).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP or CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
