We are seeking expressions of interest for a number of upcoming senior positions. This role is modelled after the industry-leading execution, vertically integrated capabilities, and massive market presence found in premier renewable energy organizations.


As VP of Project Management, you will own the execution strategy for a multi-gigawatt pipeline of utility-scale solar and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) projects, transforming strategic development assets into high-performing operational realities.


What You Would Do

  • Portfolio Execution: Oversee the end-to-end engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) lifecycle for a diverse, multi-regional utility-scale portfolio.
  • Strategic Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a world-class team of Project Directors, PMs, and Construction Managers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
  • Contract & Risk Management: Lead high-value negotiations for major equipment supply agreements (modules, inverters, trackers) and EPC contracts, minimizing risk while optimizing capex.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the critical bridge between Development, Structured Finance, Procurement, and Operations to ensure seamless project handoffs and on-time COD.
  • Innovation & Standardization: Implement cutting-edge project management methodologies and digital tools to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and margin preservation.


Who You Are

We are looking for a visionary operational leader who mirrors the grit, sophistication, and technical prowess of the industry’s top players.

  • The Track Record: 10+ years of progressive leadership in utility-scale energy infrastructure, with a proven history of successfully delivering up to 1GW of solar/storage projects.
  • The Executive Presence: An exceptional communicator capable of commanding a boardroom, negotiating with tier-1 contractors, and inspiring field teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
