As our new Public Affairs Intern, you will be supporting the Public Affairs department in daily operations, including policy tracking, campaign coordination, stakeholder engagement, and high-profile event preparation across China and internationally. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Public Affairs team, you'll create impact by Contributing to Grundfos's sustainability mission by supporting zero-carbon initiatives, key government engagements, and major industry events that shape our public presence in China and beyond..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Track and report on relevant policy developments affecting Grundfos's operations in China
  • Support the planning and execution of zero-carbon tours across key industrial parks in China
  • Assist in coordinating key delegation visits to Grundfos headquarters in Denmark
  • Participate in CIIE (China International Import Expo) preparation, including booth design and logistics
  • Support external and internal stakeholder communication, including drafting materials and presentations

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a proactive and detail-oriented university student with strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, a keen interest in public affairs or government relations, and solid proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Political Sciences, International Relations, Public Administration, or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
  • Available minimum 3 working days per week, with full-week attendance preferred

It is a plus if you also:

  • Enrolled at a top-tier university or prior internship experience at a consulting firm
  • Background or coursework in government relations or public affairs
  • Interest in sustainability, climate policy, or industrial decarbonization
