About the Role
A growing solar company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead and expand our solar sales operations across Southern California. The ideal candidate will manage and mentor a team of solar sales advisors, drive new business development, and build long-term partnerships with clients in both residential and commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and support a team of sales advisors. - Manage B2B and B2C relationships across assigned regions. - Develop regional sales plans and assist in marketing coordination. - Track team performance, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with leadership to build a scalable sales program.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in solar or renewable energy sales. - Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. - Strong understanding of residential and commercial solar systems. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Self-motivated and goal-driven.
