Now, we are looking for a Junior Automation Consultant in our office in Madrid Spain.


In your role, you will be responsible for Automation projects for Industrial clients.


What is the role About?


  • Analysis:

Conduct digital audits and develop strategies to address operational issues.

Market analysis and optimization.

  • Project Management:

Optimization, business plans, operational efficiency, digitalization, PMOs, and organizational transformation.

Ensure projects are delivered on time with the highest level of excellence.

  • Technical projects such as:

Simulation projects for operational and logistics purposes.

Conceptual design, procurement and supervision in a warehousing implementation with all the technologies involved.

Assessment of Climate Change, energy efficiency and environmental impact of business proposals.

  • Strategic Growth support:

Develop initiatives and recommendations based on project insights and potential opportunities.


Who are you?


  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or similar.
  • 1-2 years of total experience in similar projects: delivered IoT or Industrial Automation projects.
  • Immediate availability to be hired
  • Skills in Client interaction.
  • Flexibility and adaptive approach for diverse short-term missions
  • Capacity to understand and capture different customer needs, requirements, and specific business environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. French or German is a plus.
  • Open to national and international Mobility
  • High level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
