Greyhound Recycling is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

We are seeking an exceptional Recycling Plant GM to lead our operational and commercial strategy, strengthen key customer relationships, and drive profitable growth across our recycling business

This is a senior leadership appointment reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, improving the recycling business performance, and ensuring that customer commitments are delivered through operational excellence.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We are looking for an operationally and commercially astute leader who understands how to win business, build long-term partnerships, improve profitability, and lead high-performing teams.

As the Recycling Business GM, you will take ownership of:

• Developing and delivering the company's recycling growth strategy

• Building a sustainable pipeline of profitable opportunities

• Securing and growing major accounts

• Strengthening customer retention and client satisfaction

• Driving recycling performance and margin improvement

• Leading customer-facing teams and supporting future leadership development

• Working closely with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Compliance and Customer Service functions

• Ensuring Recycling commitments translate into operational delivery

You are likely to have:

Experience in waste management, environmental services, logistics, transport, utilities, facilities management, construction, industrial services, or a related sector is highly advantageous. Business development manager skills; be commercially savvy
