Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Analyst - Green Buildings. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting Green Building Assessment, Simulation, Site visits, client handholding, energy assessments, and ensuring compliance with ECBC & ENS standards. The Analyst will also support sustainability initiatives and client projects by providing detailed analyses and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Green Building knowledge
• Skills in feasibility analysis for Green Rating Certification and data collection
• ECSBC & ENS codes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in report generation, sustainability initiatives, and client project support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in the sustainability consulting industry is a plus
