Are you a strong closer who can win deals over the phone? GreenTek Roofing & Solar is expanding our Inside Sales team, and we’re looking for motivated, fast-moving professionals who know how to turn warm leads into revenue — all from your phone or laptop.

If you’re confident, competitive, and great at follow-up, this role offers high earning potential and a steady flow of inbound opportunities.


About the Role


As a GreenTek Inside Sales Representative, you’ll handle warm leads, revive cold ones, and close deals remotely using phone, text, and email. You’ll manage proposals through SumoQuote, walk customers through financing, and secure digital agreements — no in-person appointments required.

You’ll also step in when field reps fall behind, ensuring no lead is ever missed or wasted.


What You’ll Do

✔ Conduct structured sales calls with homeowners
✔ Present digital proposals & negotiate remotely
✔ Close deals fast using phone, email, and SMS
✔ Create remote roofing estimates using satellite tools
✔ Re-engage cold or neglected leads
✔ Offer promotions or incentives within approved guidelines
✔ Maintain clean, accurate CRM documentation
✔ Produce weekly sales and lead-performance reports


What We’re Looking For


  • Strong closers with proven phone-sales performance
  • Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, persuasive)
  • Fast responders with strong follow-through
  • Experience in roofing, solar, home improvement, or insurance restoration = big bonus
  • Tech-savvy (CRM, digital contracts, proposal tools)
  • Self-driven, accountable, and competitive
