The Role – Greenstreets is seeking a Circular Economy Consultant / EPR Compliance Administrator to join our team in Canada. This position offers a hybrid working model, based in Toronto, and will involve the management of client data and specific projects aimed at ensuring our clients' legal compliance with environmental regulations. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, gaining a thorough understanding of data acquisition and data management best practices within Canada and internationally.
Occasional travel may be required to support on-site client meetings and site visits, primarily within the Greater Toronto Area, with occasional travel to other Canadian provinces. Travel requirements will vary based on client needs and are not expected to be a regular component of the role.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment, with a working knowledge of Office 365 applications (particularly Excel and Word). We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional, with excellent attention to detail, who is passionate about environmental sustainability and has a proven capability to effectively assist clients in meeting their environmental and regulatory requirements.
This position is primarily remote, with the option to work weekly from a shared Toronto office for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing the client master data request (and amendment) accurately and efficiently.
· Providing an in-depth consultation service to a selected client base.
· Providing support to senior staff members to achieve the following:
o Data Analysis
o Feedback on Data Accuracy
o Client-specific data request reports
o Regulatory Updates & Insights
· Taking responsibility for clients as designated by the Consultant Manager for client data requests and incoming client queries, from initial contact to closure.
Key Skills & Competencies
· A minimum of 2+ years’ experience within an office environment is required
· Undergraduate degree in an environmental-related discipline or equivalent is desirable
· Valid driver’s license
· Intermediate to Advanced – Office 365 training (incl. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Focused attention to detail & deadlines
· Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Excels at customer service and client services
· Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving skills
· Works well independently and within a team

Compensation: The starting salary range for this position is CAD $68,000–$75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Greenstreets also offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
