We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to help drive our outbound and inbound sales efforts and build a strong sales pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

● Research and identify potential customers across target industries and geographies. 

● Execute outbound outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and calls. 

● Handle inbound leads and qualify them based on defined criteria. 

● Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team. 

● Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data. 


Required Skills & Experience

● 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. 

● Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

● Ability to research accounts and personalise outreach. 

● Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). 

● Strong organisational and time-management skills.
