What You’ll Do:

• Conduct HERS ratings and energy audits for new construction and remodeling projects.
• Ensure compliance with IECC, ENERGY STAR, and Massachusetts Stretch Energy Code.
• Provide consulting and training to architects, general contractors, and homeowners on energy efficiency best practices.
• Perform blower door tests, duct leakage testing, and thermal imaging analysis.
• Stay updated on evolving energy codes and recommend compliance strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Certified HERS Rater (RESNET & BPI certification required or in process near completion)
✔ Strong knowledge of building envelope theory, insulation science, HVAC performance, and air sealing.
✔ Firm knowledge of energy codes, HERS software (REM/Rate or Ekotrope), and compliance documentation.
✔ Strong communication skills to educate clients and industry professionals.
✔ A self-motivated professional with great attention to detail who thrives in an autonomous environment.

Bonus Points If You Have a background in construction, architecture, or engineering.

Pay & Benefits

• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!

• $70,000-$100,000 base per year, depending on experience, plus bring your book of contractor relationships and earn unlimited commission!
