We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to drive growth in our commercial and multi-family home division. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who already has strong relationships with commercial general contractors, developers, and project managers—and knows how to turn those relationships into revenue.
What You’ll Do
Develop and grow business with commercial/multi-family general contractors, builders, and developers across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Rhode Island.
Manage a personal pipeline of commercial insulation and building envelope projects, from lead generation through signed contracts.
Leverage your existing book of contractor and developer relationships to bring in new opportunities.
Deliver accurate takeoffs, estimates, and proposals with support from our in-house estimating team.
Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and successful execution.
Educate contractors and architects on energy code compliance, building envelope science, and the advantages of spray foam and insulation solutions.
Consistently hit and exceed aggressive sales goals with a focus on profitable growth.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in commercial construction sales (insulation, building envelope, or related construction materials).
Existing network of relationships with commercial contractors, developers, or design-build firms.
Strong ability to self-manage, prioritize leads, and close business.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with decision-makers.
Knowledge of building code compliance, energy efficiency standards, or HERS ratings is a strong plus.
