Position Summary

A Fundraising Team Leader is responsible for soliciting donations from potential donors in person, on behalf of Greenpeace Southeast Asia. Their main duties include:


  • Implementing face-to-face fundraising strategies and campaigns to achieve fundraising goals
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings with potential donors to build relationships and secure donations
  • Adapt the new creative ways of training given by the DDC City Coordinator to polish personal skills that can apply to the task given
  • Managing and analyzing data on donor behavior, engagement, and giving patterns to improve fundraising efforts
  • Collaborating with DDC City Coordinator and Team Manager to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding
  • Ensuring compliance with ethical fundraising practices and regulations
  • Representing the organization at events and in public appearances to promote the organization's mission and fundraising initiatives

Overall, a Fundraising Team Leader plays a critical role in driving revenue for the organization by cultivating relationships with donors and soliciting donations in person.

Educational Background & Fundamental Qualifications

Level of Education:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Diploma/Graduation/Masters

Field of Study:

  • Any field (preference: Marketing/ Fundraising)

Work Experience:

  • Sales/Fundraising in a charity organization
  • Freshers can apply

Training or Certificate:

  • Sales/Fundraising certification is advantageous

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: From RM3,250.00 per month
