Summary/purpose of the position
The position is responsible for developing and implementing digital strategy and plans to further Greenpeace campaign and organizational goals. This role aims to strengthen Greenpeace’s capacity and visibility to utilize online and mobile communications to influence the public discourse and to align public opinion towards Greenpeace campaigns and principles to protect the environment.
Responsibilities:
Strategy development and/or project management
Develop creative and effective digital strategies for increasing Greenpeace visibility and deepening understanding of Greenpeace mission and values.
Provide strategic analysis of trends in digital communications/influence and recommendations for resulting opportunities (monitoring skill is preferred)
Leadership/Support
Strong internal/external communication skill
Cross country/cross-project coordination skill
Implementation
Produce and launch quality of digital outputs including but not limit to multimedia output and social media contents
Try and import new ways to increase digital performance for campaigns
Third party collaboration and relationship development, i.e. new digital platform, tool, key influencers and celebrities
Produce regular internal reports and improvement scheme, evaluating the performance of responsible areas and give strategic insights for improvement
Requirements:
More than 3 years of working experience in digital marketing/strategy
International working experience is a plus
