Digital Analyst (Maternity Cover)
Are you a strategic Digital Analytics specialist with the hands-on expertise to drive our data strategy, optimise tracking, and lead A/B tests for impactful insights? Greenpeace Nordic is looking for a Digital Analyst to join our Digital Products team for a 1-year full-time maternity cover, ideally starting in October 2025. You can be based in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo or Helsinki.

About the role
This is a strategic and hands-on analytics role, supporting our digital, campaign and fundraising teams across the Nordic region. You’ll take ownership of tracking, reporting and A/B testing efforts, working closely with digital marketers and technical colleagues. Your insights will guide decision-making, improve supporter experiences, and support Greenpeace’s mission.
You’ll sit within the Digital Products & IT Operations unit — a small, cross-Nordic IT and digital team bridging technology and operations — and contribute to everything from campaign optimisation to data visualisation and organisational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate tracking across key platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Design dashboards and visual reports in tools like Mixpanel, Civis, and Tableau
- Co-lead and evaluate A/B tests to improve campaign and web performance
- Help shape and implement our organisational data strategy
- Connect CRM and digital data for a deeper understanding of supporter journeys
- Provide support, training, and analysis for teams to be more data-enabled
- Stay involved in data privacy discussions and compliance best practices
About You
We think you'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have at least two years of experience in digital analytics
- Are confident working with at least one web analytics tool, such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager (incl. server-side)
- Understand how to use data for campaign, engagement and business decision-making
- Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on data work
- Enjoy working across teams and borders, with good communication and facilitation skills
- Are fluent in English; Nordic language skills are a plus
- Share our commitment to environmental justice and a more sustainable world
