The foundations for our digital journey have been laid with the implementation of the latest digital technology. Greenpeace Whānau are looking for a proficient Product Owner to join our Technology team.
The Product Owner will inspire the team to create innovative and inspiring solutions enabling our organisation to run effective campaigns. You will be a champion of continuous improvements, novel ideas and the promoter of agile principles in the development team as the Product Owner.
You will be a big picture thinker who will work with end-users, Development team and solution providers to define the product vision and identify the best solutions to furter enhance our digital capabilities to engage with our passionate environmental supporters.
You will work along with Chief Technology Officer and stakeholders to enable our Organisations' mission statement; to ensure the ability of the earth to nurture life in all its diversity.

Drive engagement and feedback across the organisation to ensure continuous improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, leverage opportunities and influence any critical software decision making process and product reviews.
Efficiently deliver services, products, training and projects
Ongoing development and delivery management of the engagement systems roadmap
Present product development and project updates to the stakeholders
Prioritise the product backlogs working with users, BA and developers
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You must hold an existing New Zealand work permit to be considered for this role.
What we can offer you:
Our salaries are competitive within the not for profit sector. The range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000.
Hybrid work arrangement, Tuesday's and Thursday's in the Mt Eden office.
