About the position:

The purpose of the role is to build and strengthen partnerships across South Asia with creative agencies, celebrities, artists, and influencers to foster understanding of Greenpeace’s campaigns and develop mutually beneficial collaborations that amplify impact and engagement.


In this role you will:

The role involves developing and implementing creative partnership strategies to support Greenpeace’s campaign objectives and enhance brand visibility across South Asia. It includes building and managing relationships with creative partners such as agencies, influencers, artists, and celebrities, while identifying and delivering collaboration opportunities across priority campaigns. The position requires close coordination with internal cross-functional teams and global networks to ensure alignment and integration. It also covers end-to-end partner management, including drafting creative briefs, facilitating contracts and logistics, and nurturing key relationships. Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining partnership databases, conducting research and due diligence, monitoring and evaluating impact, and overseeing budgets to ensure effective and values-driven partnerships.


Whom we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate should bring experience (5 years) in creative production, agency or studio environments, or influencer/creator partnership management, with a proven track record of building and managing successful collaborations. They are skilled in networking, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management, with strong communication abilities to brief, pitch, and present ideas effectively across diverse audiences. Experience in developing creator or partnership programmes, including end-to-end process design and coordination, is essential. The role also requires a solid understanding of multi-platform production, strong organisational and logistical skills, creative problem-solving ability, and a collaborative, self-motivated approach. Existing networks within the creative and influencer space are highly desirable.
