? Role Overview


We are hiring multiple Sales & Career Counselling Interns with a mandatory background in sustainability.


You will speak to students and early professionals interested in ESG and climate careers, understand their background and goals, and guide them toward the right learning and career pathway at GreenMentor.


This is not cold sales.

You’ll be working with warm, inbound leads who already want to build a career in sustainability.

? Key Responsibilities

• Speak with students and professionals via calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom

• Understand their academic background, work experience, and career goals

• Counsel them on ESG, sustainability, and climate career pathways

• Recommend the right GreenMentor courses or programs

• Address questions related to:

• Career outcomes

• Industry relevance

• Job-readiness

• Follow up with interested leads and close enrollments

• Update lead status in a tracker / CRM

• Coordinate with the core GreenMentor team

? Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

• Background in sustainability (mandatory)

This includes students or graduates of:

• Environmental Science / Engineering

• Sustainability / ESG

• Climate Change / Energy / Natural Resources

• Sustainable Finance / CSR / Development Studies


? Applicants without sustainability exposure will not be considered.
