Social Media & Content Internship

? About Us

Greenly was founded in 2019 by Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud with one mission: make carbon management as essential as financial management.

Today, we are a global leader in carbon accounting, proudly B-Corp certified and part of the French Tech 120. Our climate suite combines smart data collection with intuitive automation, helping companies measure, reduce, and report their emissions with ease — supported at every step by our in-house climate experts. ?

More than 3,500 companies in 20+ countries use Greenly to manage their climate strategy: from carbon assessments and life-cycle analyses to SBTi trajectories and compliance with CSRD and CBAM.

We are now a team of 200+ people from 40+ nationalities, based in Paris, London, Barcelona, and New York. ?

To date, we’ve tracked over 200 million tons of CO₂ through our platform. Our next milestone: 10,000 clients and one billion tons of CO2 under management.

? Our Values

  • Ambition for climate: Minimize GHG emissions, maximize climate impact
  • Deliver with agility: Work in small increments: fail fast, learn fast, win fast
  • Own your opportunities: Achieve outstanding results by showing initiative and accountability
  • Feedback paves the way: Succeed as a team by helping others progress

? About The Role

Greenly is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Growth Intern to join our Brand Marketing team! This is your opportunity to step up our digital game, differentiating our brand through high-level sustainability expertise and a relentless focus on lead generation.

? THE CHALLENGE: Creativity Meets Conversion

Your mission is to blend high-level sustainability expertise with cutting-edge digital creativity to generate real business leads.

? Content Creativity & Creation

Focus: The "Thumb-Stopping" visuals and high-level storytelling.

  • Master the frontier between Expertise (driving trust and conversion) and Accessibility (driving B2C-style volume and reach).
  • Maintain a permanent "digital watch" to identify what’s working elsewhere and adapt those codes for climate tech. You will propose a weekly series of fresh, innovative content formats to keep our feed dynamic and avoid the "corporate train-train."
  • Oversee and create native content for Greenly’s LinkedIn and LEAF Media’s multi-channel presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Design bold infographics, motion content, and visuals that break the "sea of corporate sameness" and "green clichés."
  • Deep dive into complex climate concepts (SBTi, CSRD, LCA, Green IT) and simplify them into actionable narratives and high-value assets like small white papers and one-pagers.
  • Execute original social media campaigns designed to maximize brand awareness and engagement.

? Employee Advocacy & Community Management

Focus: Humanizing the brand and managing the conversation.

  • Support Greenly employees in becoming "climate influencers" by ghostwriting and curating high-impact insights for their personal LinkedIn profiles.
  • Empower the internal team to share content that expands the brand's reach beyond official corporate channels.
  • Manage the LinkedIn community by approving posts and sparking discussions that position Greenly as an authority.
  • Actively respond to followers, comments, and mentions in a timely, expert manner to maintain brand reputation.

? Growth & Lead Generation Strategy

Focus: Turning engagement into revenue and pipeline.

  • Deploy advanced growth tactics including Intercom campaigns and PhantomBuster to streamline lead acquisition.
  • Leverage our founders’ accounts to proactively identify and secure at least 5 new leads per week.
  • Develop specific strategies to improve LinkedIn conversion rates and turn "likes" into "leads."
  • Ensure every post contributes to the sales pipeline by tracking how engagement translates into demo requests and sign-ups.
  • Coordinate with Brand and Content teams to align social strategy with broader company-wide messaging and marketing campaigns.

? Performance Tracking

Focus: Data-driven insights and reporting.

  • Use HubSpot dashboards to track and analyze the success of specific social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on social media analytics to identify what resonates with different personas.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of "Content Innovation" vs. "Lead Gen" efforts to ensure the perfect blend of creativity and conversion.

? Required Skills:

  • ? Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and their specific algorithms to strategically boost reach.
  • ? Deep passion for sustainability and a strong grasp of technical climate topics (SBTi, CSRD, etc.).
  • ?️ Experience with content creation, community management, and social media analytics.
  • ? Ability to think creatively and propose innovative campaigns that break the "green cliché."
  • ? Experience with design tools and video editing skills are a significant plus!
  • ??/?? Fluent in both English and French

? Perks & Benefits

  • ? Beautiful offices in the heart of Paris (9ᵉ arrondissement)
  • ? Flexible remote work options
  • ⚒️ Top-notch tools to help you do your best work
  • ? Private medical insurance with Alan (including mental health support), 100% covered
  • ? 50% Navigo reimbursement for public transport
  • ? Sustainable lunch vouchers via Ekip
