Greening is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the preparation and submission of complete EPC proposals for utility-scale solar PV projects across the U.S., Mexico and Spain to be based in Madrid, Sevilla or Granada.


The role

Manage the full bid process end to end, from tender analysis and bid strategy to internal approval and final submission, delivering technically sound, competitive and profitable offers.


Responsabilities

  • Lead the preparation and submission of EPC proposals from receipt of the tender to final submission, managing the bid schedule and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Analyze client requirements, technical specifications and contractual documentation, identifying key issues, risks, deviations and clarifications.
  • Oversee the conceptual design, sizing and energy yield analysis (PVsyst/PVcase) of the plant, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards and project technical requirements.
  • Lead the development of the cost estimate and the economic proposal (Bill of Quantities, supplier and subcontractor quotes, indirect costs, contingencies, margin and price).
  • Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and partners during the bid phase.
  • Coordinate with the engineering, procurement and construction teams to align proposals with the company’s technical and commercial strategy.


What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience preparing EPC bids for utility-scale solar PV plants.
  • Solid knowledge of the design and construction of utility-scale solar plants.
  • Technical Tools: PVsyst, PVcase, AutoCAD.
  • Planning and cost tools: MS Project, advanced excel.
  • Competencies: analytical and detail-oriented; able to manage bids under tight deadlines; team player in a multidisciplinary, international environment.
  • Advanced English (C1 or higher), written and spoken.


Nice to have

  • Additional experience in BESS projects.
  • Experience in HV substations and transmission lines.
  • Experience bidding solar projects in the U.S. and/or Mexican markets
