Investment Banking Analyst

Investment Banking Analyst-GreenFront Energy seeks candidate to work closely w/ Sr mngrs to help clients/prospects procure renewable energy, execute M&A transactions, raise capital & other activities.

Must possess (i)BS in Business, Finance, Economics or related quantitative field (ii)Demonstrated knowledge of renewable-energy fundamentals; Applied understanding of business valuation analysis techniques; Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (eg pivot tables, scenario analyses, macros); Able to create/present pitch materials (PowerPoint, Visme, etc.); Working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Redtail, etc); Familiar w/securities research tools (eg Bloomberg, S&P Cap IQ); Able to manage variety of transactions/projects; Collaborative self-starter w/strong written/verbal communication skills (iii)passed FINRA SIE exam (iv)passed or obtain within 1 yr of hire FINRA Series 79 & 63.
