This role exists to fix the math. Volume, conversion, CAC, and funded accounts.
Role OverviewAs Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive GreenFi’s paid acquisition engine and growth experimentation roadmap. Your job is to turn demand into funded accounts as efficiently as possible while continuously improving funnel health.
You will manage paid channels, run structured experimentation, and work closely with Product and Ops to fix conversion bottlenecks. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that growth is a system, not a channel.
Core ResponsibilitiesPaid Acquisition Ownership- Own day-to-day performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging paid channels.
- Manage agencies or contractors while maintaining internal clarity on performance.
- Build and iterate on campaign structures, targeting strategies, and creative testing plans.
- Scale what works. Kill what does not.
Success looks like
- Sustainable increases in funded accounts.
- Improving CAC and cost per funded account over time.
- Channels consistently exiting learning phases and scaling.
- Partner with Product, Ops, and Risk to improve lead-to-incept and incept-to-fund conversion.
- Identify friction points caused by KYC, fraud controls, UX, or messaging.
- Design and run experiments to improve onboarding, funding, and early activation.
- Use data to separate real fraud risk from unnecessary drop-off.

- Material improvements in Submit → Incept and Incept → Fund rates.
- Clear attribution of conversion gains to specific changes.
- Funnel improvements that compound across channels.
- Build a rigorous creative testing framework across formats and narratives.
- Test financial value, climate impact, trust signals, and challenger messaging.
- Partner with Brand and Social to reuse and scale winning creative concepts.
- Ensure creative testing velocity stays high enough to support platform learning.
- Run structured test-and-learn programs across new channels and formats.
- Evaluate TikTok, Reddit, CTV, podcasts, and emerging opportunities.
- Quantify results clearly and recommend scale or shutdown decisions.

- 5–8+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in FinTech, consumer tech, marketplace, or subscription businesses.
- Proven track record of rebuilding underperforming paid channels, restructuring campaign architecture, and improving CAC and funded conversion rates.
- Hands-on ownership of Meta and Google (Search, PMAX, YouTube), with demonstrated success scaling channels after disciplined testing.
- Experience building and executing structured testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
- Demonstrated ability to run high-velocity experiments, interpret directional data, and make clear scale or shutdown decisions.
- Strong background improving end-to-end funnel performance, including lead-to-incept and incept-to-fund conversion.
- Experience partnering with Product, Risk, and Engineering to reduce friction while maintaining fraud controls.
- Experience piloting new acquisition channels and building repeatable scale playbooks once efficiency targets are met.
- Comfort reallocating budget dynamically based on performance signals and unit economics.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate creative testing, generate ad variations, and support performance analysis.
- Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships and present performance insights to leadership.
