ABOUT US

We’re an early stage climate-tech company building technological solutions to track and verify real-world carbon removal across South Asia. We are developing a state-of-the-art, custom-built digital platform that makes carbon sinks transparent, measurable, and credible.


THE ROLE

You will own our proprietary digital product- a distributed data platform that captures and processes operational data across multiple production sites. You’ll lead the end-to-end development of our core technology platform: defining system architecture, building tech infrastructure, and shipping features that enable transparent and verifiable carbon mitigation.

We’re looking for someone curious, technically rigorous, and excited to build innovative climate solutions with real impact.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and maintain the full-stack codebase across our mobile app, admin portal, and backend
  • Design and implement new features based on product and compliance requirements
  • Manage cloud infrastructure - server config, storage, security, performance
  • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, authentication systems, and data pipelines
  • Design and manage relational databases, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization
  • Integrate and maintain APIs with third-party platforms and data systems
  • Work with AI/ML components integrated into the product pipeline
  • Translate product requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions


MUST HAVE

  • Strong proficiency in React.js / Next.js
  • Solid backend development: REST APIs, authentication, data modeling
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL (queries, schema design, indexes)
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2) or similar cloud infrastructure
  • Strong debugging skills and the ability to manage and take ownership
  • Exposure to AI/ML model integration or data pipelines


GOOD TO HAVE

  • Experience with Flutter or any cross-platform mobile framework
  • Experience working with IoT devices or real-time data systems
  • Early-stage startup experience preferably in green tech solutions


QUALIFICATION

  • 2–4 years of experience building and shipping real products
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Computer Engineering, AI, or a related technical field
  • Strong problem-solving ability and solid computer science fundamentals
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of systems end-to-end
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving product requirements
  • Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies when needed
  • Genuinely interested in sustainability and building solutions for climate change
