The Opportunity

If you can build trust fast, run a clean in-home appointment, and close, you’ll do well here.

We’re hiring motivated sales pros to sell roofing and exterior home improvement (roofing is our core, plus paint/stucco/windows and more). We’ll provide 3–4 qualified leads per week — and you’ll also be expected to prospect and generate your own opportunities through follow-up, referrals, networking, and smart outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Run in-home consultations and help homeowners choose the right solution
• Follow a proven process: inspect → educate → present options → close
• Work company-provided leads (3–4 /week) and prospect to build your pipeline
• Generate referrals and rehash past customers for additional work
• Build accurate proposals and keep clean notes in our CRM
• Coordinate with production to set clear expectations and smooth handoffs 
• Hit weekly activity targets: calls, follow-ups, appointments, and closes

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated closer who takes ownership of outcomes
• Comfortable with prospecting (calls/texts, follow-ups, referrals, light networking)
• Strong communication - confident, friendly, professional
• Organized: you track your pipeline and follow up like a pro
• Coachable and competitive (you want to improve weekly)

Bonus points if you have:

• In-home sales experience (roofing, solar, windows, HVAC, remodeling, insurance claims)
• Knowledge of roofing/exterior products (not required if you learn fast)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
• Ability to climb a ladder / walk a roof when needed (training provided)
• Smartphone and comfort using CRM/apps
• Must be local to Southern California
