Role Description

This full time, hybrid role based in Italy seeks a Solar & BESS Project Manager responsible for managing day-to-day EPC projects activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines, coordinating with teams, subcontractors, and clients, and improving project budget.

Remuneration: from 54K to 78K per year


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in renewable Construction Project Management.
  • Proficiency in Contracting, Planning, Budgeting and Cost Control.
  • Experience managing large-scale solar projects or BESS installations.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle construction challenges.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
  • Electrical understanding of photovoltaic and battery storage systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English&Italian; proficiency in German or other European languages is beneficial.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environment and travel as needed.
