We are seeking a motivated individual to lead our installation team, ensuring the successful deployment of solar systems for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee the installation of solar energy systems from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage a team of installers, providing training, support, and leadership to ensure high performance. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of installations. Conduct site assessments and prepare installation plans based on client requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of installations and report on progress to senior management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred. 3+ years of solar installation or construction management experience. Experience managing field teams and multiple active projects. Knowledge of photovoltaic systems and electrical construction practices. Understanding of NEC and local permitting requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project locations.
