This is not your typical car sales job. No dealership experience required - we train for that.

The role:
As EV Sales Manager, you'll lead all aspects of customer experience at a Green Wave location
- educating buyers, guiding them through the purchase process, and leading the financing side
from credit application to loan closing.
Day-to-day, you'll:
→ Work incoming leads and generate appointments via phone and email
→ Conduct vehicle demos and EV orientations at delivery
→ Manage financing: credit apps, lender submissions, loan closings
→ Build customer quotes matched to inventory; appraise trade-ins
→ Keep Salesforce updated with detailed customer records
→ Represent Green Wave in the community and at events
→ Contribute to whole-team operations - because that's how we roll
Schedule: Mon–Fri 9:30 AM–6:30 PM + 2 Saturdays/month (with weekday flex)
You're the right fit if you:
→ Are genuinely passionate about solving the climate crisis
→ Love cars and get excited talking about EVs
→ Have retail or hospitality management experience (required)
→ Are a natural collaborator and people-first leader
→ Are highly tech-savvy - Salesforce experience a big plus
→ Own or have seriously considered owning an EV
→ Thrive in fast-moving, startup-style environments
