Sales Support Representative

Location: Hong Kong Science & Technology Park, Taipo, On-site

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Assist the Sales Teams and Manager in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales reports.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up on client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate and tracking project pipeline progress to ensure timely delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare weekly updates for the Sales Teams.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM.

•⁠ ⁠Manage marketing-related tasks, including promotional activities and materials.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)

•⁠ ⁠Education: Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Skills:

 - Strong organisational and time management skills.

 - Excellent communication in English (must) and Chinese.

 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 - Knowledge of green technologies or sustainability is a plus but not required.
