Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Project Executive located in Hong Kong. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with potential clients, identifying sales opportunities, managing and coordinating project timelines, and ensuring seamless execution of energy recycling and green building solutions. The role also involves preparing presentations, proposals, and reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and promote sustainable practices.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
  • Experience in Project Planning and Coordination
  • Strong skills in Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Knowledge of Green Technology, Environmentally Sustainable Practices, and Renewable Energy Systems
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work effectively in a team setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
  • Previous experience in sustainability or green technology industries is advantageous
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Lark.


Project Management Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

•⁠ ⁠Liaise between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare regular status reports and documentation for stakeholders.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
