Director, Project Finance & Treasury

Green Therma is developing a new category of scalable, renewable heat infrastructure through its patented Heat4Ever™ technology, designed to provide reliable, long-term baseload heat for district heating networks and industrial customers.

As we move from technology development into commercial deployment, we are building a pipeline of projects across Europe. Our ambition is to make deep geothermal heat a standardized infrastructure asset class that can be deployed at scale.

  • Lead financing processes, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing
  • Explore public and private funding instruments that support project development

Treasury

  • Manage banking relationships and the financial instruments needed for project execution

Analysis & Stakeholders

  • Own project-level financial models and investment analysis
  • Coordinate external financial, legal, technical and tax advisers
  • Prepare decision materials for management and the Board

Who You Are

You're a commercially driven, hands-on finance professional who enjoys both setting strategy and delivering transactions. You bring:

  • 10-15 years of experience in project, infrastructure or structured finance, banking or corporate treasury
  • A proven track record of structuring and executing financing transactions
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, credit analysis, risk allocation and treasury
  • Familiarity with renewable energy, district heating, utilities or other infrastructure assets
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills

Why Green Therma?

You'll join a highly ambitious climate technology company at a pivotal stage of growth, with the opportunity to:

  • Help shape the financial foundations of our growth
  • Work with leading financial institutions alongside an experienced international leadership team

If you're excited by combining project finance, infrastructure and climate technology - and want to help build something that matters - we'd love to hear from you.
