- Why does this post appeal to you?
- What in your background — not your resume, your actual experience — makes you a fit for a start-to-finish, no-hand-holding role?
- Tell us about an extracurricular pursuit you've taken seriously — sport, music, stage performance, academics, or anything you've chased beyond the classroom. What did it teach you about yourself?
- We work out of a small, scrappy setup — not a plush office. Why would you choose to build your first year of career here instead of somewhere more "established"?
- There's no typical office structure here — no fixed hierarchy, no handbook for every situation. What makes you comfortable working somewhere that isn't built for you, but that you'll help build?
