Entrepreneur in Residence (GTM) France (m/f/d)
Green Fusion is a German startup based in Berlin that supports the housing industry in driving the energy transition by optimizing and automating heating and energy management in buildings.

Tasks
You will be the GTM (Go-To-Market) “operator” in France: the right hand of our Regional Manager and a close partner to the founder. Your job is to turn strategy into execution and remove friction from everything needed to win the French market, from pipeline building to partner activation and crisp internal coordination.
- GTM Execution (France): Support the go-to-market rollout by translating strategy into weekly priorities, experiments, and measurable outcomes.
- Right hand to the Regional Manager: Prepare meetings, follow up on action items, keep deals moving, and ensure pipeline hygiene in CRM.
- Sales Enablement: Build and localize sales materials for France (pitch deck, one-pagers, email sequences, case studies, ROI narratives), and continuously improve messaging based on market feedback.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Map the French ecosystem (target segments, competitors, regulations, buying centers) and synthesize insights into practical recommendations.
- Pipeline Generation Support: Identify and qualify target accounts, support outbound research, coordinate events/webinars, and help generate and nurture leads.
- Partnerships Support: Research, approach, and coordinate potential partners (e.g. contractors & installation services, metering point operators, associations, adjacent PropTech companies) and help operationalize joint GTM activities.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Align France GTM needs with Product, Operations, and Customer Success, and help prepare implementations and first customer references.
- Special Projects: Take ownership of high-impact topics, from pricing/packaging hypotheses to playbooks, process improvements, and first hires support as we scale.
Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, VC, scale-up, business development, or operations).
- Strong bias to action: you move things forward, even when information is incomplete.
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Interest in B2B GTM, sales processes, partnerships, and building playbooks from scratch.
- Ideally exposure to PropTech/Real Estate/Energy (or adjacent industries) and an interest in climate/energy transition.
- Languages: French native or fluent, English C1, German is a plus.
- High willingness to travel (frequent travel within France and occasional trips to Germany).
