As a Senior DevOps engineer, you’ll build the cloud infrastructure and processes supporting our company vision: "Emitting less, gaining more: Transform residential buildings into auto-optimising, CO₂-neutral assets."
You’ll play a key role in structuring our cloud services, enabling our cross-functional teams and collaborating throughout the company to bring modern DevOps practices into our development and operation processes.

We are Green Fusion. We help the housing industry to make the heating and energy transition more sustainable – for a green future without compromise. By providing intelligent automation and optimization for a building's entire energy ecosystem, we reduce CO₂ emissions where it matters most. Whether it’s heat pumps, PV systems, or hybrid setups: our product serves as the interface between hardware and software, making maximum sustainability economically viable. Together, we are transforming the building sector and making efficient, climate-neutral energy the new standard.

You’ll play a key role in structuring our cloud services, enabling our cross-functional teams and collaborating throughout the company to bring modern DevOps practices into our development and operation processes.
Tasks
- Collaborate with your team to understand underlying problems and requirements.
- Engineer requirements into viable, pragmatic solutions.
- Contribute to team planning by helping define tasks, priorities, and timelines.
- Build and monitor our infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related role such as SRE.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems and administration.
- Expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Proficiency with modern monitoring practices.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, particularly in cloud infrastructure (e.g., VPCs, security groups, load balancers).
- Ability to automate tasks and processes.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes.
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Ansible for automation.
- Knowledge of GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with GitOps and continuous deployment automation in Kubernetes (ArgoCD)
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and managing secrets (e.g., Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
