The Opportunity

As a Researcher/ Delivery Recruiter, you will play a critical role in the delivery of executive search assignments across the green economy. You’ll work closely with Partners, Senior Partners, and our Advisory Board made up of world-class leaders from the renewables, energy transition, investment and sustainability sectors

You will help identify, engage, and evaluate senior leaders who will drive decarbonisation, renewable energy adoption, climate innovation and green growth globally.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Research & Market Mapping

  • Conduct structured research across renewable energy, sustainability, climate tech, and the broader green economy.
  • Map talent and organisations within our six core sectors (green finance, industrial & manufacturing, renewable generation, climate tech, decarbonisation, sustainability)
  • Track market movements, leadership changes, and emerging technologies.

Candidate Identification & Engagement

  • Identify and engage senior-level candidates (Director to C-Suite) for executive search and professional search mandates.
  • Conduct initial conversations to assess fit, motivations, and leadership capability.

Operational Delivery Excellence

  • Support the delivery of search assignments from briefing to shortlist.
  • Contribute to the production of structured progress updates, insights, and talent intelligence—reflecting our commitment to data-driven, transparent search processes
  • Work collaboratively with Partners on clients ranging from climate-tech scaleups to global investors.

Insights & Intelligence

  • Gather and synthesise compensation data, DE&I insights, and conversion ratios as part of our ethical performance reporting framework
  • Produce market reports, candidate summaries, and industry briefs to support strategic decision-making.


Who You Are

You might come from executive search, recruitment, research, consulting—or be early in your career with strong analytical and communication skills. What matters most is your curiosity, ambition, and motivation to contribute to the green economy.

Desirable Experience

  • Prior experience in research or recruitment (executive search or similar).
  • Exposure to energy, infrastructure, sustainability or technology markets.
  • Experience gathering market insights, talent mapping or producing structured intelligence reports.
