Green Energy Solutions is a California State Licensed Contractor working to reduce the usage of energy for utility customers. We are searching for a reliable, personable, thorough Individual to schedule appointments for our current utility program customers. We are seeking motivated candidates who are looking for growth with a progressive thinking company and is ready to be a part of our team.
Hourly Rate: $17.00-$22.00/hr. (overtime as required)

Job Responsibilities & Skills – Responsibilities included but are not limited to the following:
· Calling and accepting calls from customers from the Job Queue provided to you.
· Provide information and inquire whether customers may be interested in the program being offered and prepare them for the scheduled application process as well as installation of qualified appliances.
· Scheduling home assessment, installation and warranty service appointments for the customers.
· Submit daily schedules to Assessors, installers, management, and appropriate team members.
· Maintain a detailed log of calls in customer profile, including those which were not answered.
· Informing the Manager of issues and/or complaints.
· Attend meetings, training and seminars as directed.
· Perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Bilingual in Spanish a must.
· Scheduling/Appointment Setting, Call Center and/or Customer Service experience is a plus.
· Ability to handle high volume incoming and outgoing calls.
· Ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as in a team environment.
· Must have Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiently operate standard office equipment (i.e., copier, phones, and computer).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Windows, and ability to learn Database Programs.
· Must pass post offer background, physical/drug and alcohol test.
· May require working overtime to meet company needs.
Physical Requirements:
Constant sitting, typing and being on phone. Minimal walking, standing, bending stooping, crouching and/or kneeling.
